Give us a concept sketched out on a coffee-stained napkin. We'll give you a fleshed out design that stands heads above the rest. We have years of experience in projects ranging from business cards to hard-bound books. A picture is worth a thousand words. Make sure that your print materials send the right message.
Here are some things to think about as you plan your print project:
-
Size Matters - When it comes to brochures, postcards and such, the physical size of your project as well as the size of your order have a big impact on printing costs. You can really stretch a tight promotional budget if you are flexible with your dimensions and quantities. For example, printing 1000 4"x6" postcards costs $70 while the same number of 5"x7" cards costs over twice as much. Likewise, you can get five times as many 4"x6" postcards for only $30 more. We can help you crunch the numbers and figure out how to get the most bang for your buck.
-
Know Your Colors - There are several different general methods of printing. Two of the most common methods are Four-Color-Process and Spot-Color. Four-color-process mixes Cyan (bright blue), Magenta (bright purple), Yellow and Black inks to create the broad spectrum of colors required to print photographs and other many-colored images. Spot color printing refers to the process of printing with single, custom inks. This works best for projects that only have a handful of colors as well as those that require specialty inks that can't be reproduced with four-color (metallic, fluorescent, varnish, etc). Both of these methods have benefits and limitations. We can help you determine which is best for your project.
